This is possibly my favorite cake that I've ever made! It was ordered for an 80th birthday for a sweet lady who happens to own a coo coo clock. All of her great-grandkids know her as Grandma Coo Coo. She loved the cake and refused to let people cut into it at her party. Instead, she saved it in her freezer for weeks. I love it!
