Still, the keyword search that brings the most visitors to my cake blog is "cow cake." At least I finally have a cow cake to show them! But one is never enough...
This little cow figurine was tricky and I admit I cheated a little by using fondant for the head. But don't try cutting into the body...that's not all frosting!
I used buttercream because the birthday girl doesn't like fondant (maybe next year I can convince her to try the marshmallow fondant). Inside was my dark chocolate cake with fudge filling.
