Mack Trailer

I have a "Cars" fan as one of my regular clients. Last year, I made him a Lightning McQueen cake. This year, he requested McQueen's buddy, Mack.


You might notice that Mack is not wearing his hat...let us all have a moment of silence for the hat, as it met a grisly end on my kitchen table...

Since red icing is such a chore, I opted for fondant. While I was coloring it, I looked like an extra from a horror movie. I'm just glad the color came out of my skin!
