This bear was made for a baby shower where the Mom-to-be had decorated the nursery with a mural of Van Gogh's "Starry Night." I thought the bandaged ear was fitting.
The bear is set on a basic round cake and surrounded by star cookies decorated to match the theme. Paintbrush, of course, is not edible.
