Stand-Up Penguin

I made this cake using the Wilton Stand-Up Cuddly Bear pan. To get the shape right, I trimmed off the feet and ears, then used the ears as the base for the feet. He has a "Happy Birthday" sign made from brown fondant but it was still too fragile to attach for this picture.

Hint for other newbie cake decorators: When transporting a cake on a night that might be a little chilly, make sure to turn off your car's heater that points directly at the back of the cake...Lesson learned!
