Chocolate Roses
It was the Co-ed's 21st birthday! And in the years past, I've made some rather silly cakes (including a pickle-inspired (but not flavored!) cake that didn't make it on my blog). I decided this year, I should go for pretty and sophisticated.
The roses I made using chocolate marshmallow fondant. Covered in marshmallow fondant, the cake inside is my strawberry cake.
