Made for a little boy obsessed with fish, it went together very fast! This is made on a giant cookie but it would easily translate to a round cake.
The Birthday Boy's mom brought over the cookie and filled my house with the wonderful smell of chocolate chip cookies (which I've been craving all day, now) while I decorated.
